Mark landers

Manager of production & operations/owner

Born and raised in Cincinnati, Mark went to Elder HS (1998) and then Xavier University (2003) and currently resides in College Hill, not too far from his favorite brewery.

Brewing beer definitely runs in the family. Mark’s brother-in-law, Kelly, first coaxed him into homebrewing, and thus a hobby became a career which became a lifestyle and Brink Brewing Co was born. Mark has been behind the scenes since the beginning, but came on full-time in 2021 as the Manager of Operations and Production. Additional family fact: Mark’s cousin Nick is brewing at Moerlein Lager House in Cincinnati!

With that, family is a priority for Mark. He comes from a large one and has four adorable kids of his own with his wife Molly. It’s crazy at times and always fun, and beer has been a constant part of the Landers lifestyle. As a kid, Mark would run beers over to his uncles at family events and now his kids do the same. Brink’s famous Moozie Milk Stout is named after Molly Landers (Mark’s wife), borrowing her family nickname, and White Legs Dunkel is named after Mark’s father…ask a beertender for the story next time you’re in the taproom.

Mark, an Eagle Scout, also loves the outdoors, camping, and hiking, and takes great pleasure in watching his kids experience the natural world around them.

Sierra Nevada’s Pale Ale and Bell’s Hopslam are Mark’s gateway beers.
