In designing our taproom we wanted to provide a community gathering place. It features a long community table that can host 20 people, a large bar with a reclaimed wood bartop, a variety of other seating, and games including a giant scrabble board. From the taproom you can see right into the brewhouse - not coincidental so take a peek.
Two of our owner's reside in the large beer city, Denver, and wanted to bring a little of Colorado back to their roots in Cincinnati. So, "beetle-kill pine" was brought in from Colorado and used in conjunction with warm woods that were restored or locally sourced. During the construction we restored an original tin ceiling and exposed a large brick wall that had long been covered up. The brick wall provides a backdrop for framed community photos.
We think our taproom it the perfect spot to bring your laptop and work (yes, we have wifi), make new friends at the community table, or meet up with old neighbors and friends and sip on a newly tapped brew. As strange as it might sound, when you visit be sure to check out the bathrooms and ask the staff about them!
