Che and Brink: together for one night!
Join us on March 25th at Brink Brewing Company for a special night of food and beer pairing.
6:30 pm The night will begin with a reception with chips, guacamole, and salsa made by Che. 7:00 pm Let the pairing begin!
The first course will be a beer braised pork shoulder with honey mustard cabbage. This will be paired with Brink’s Populace Pilsner.
The second course will be grilled pork belly with a boursin mac and cheese topped with a cilantro passion fruit glaze. This dish will be paired with a Brink New England IPA-the specific beer TBA.
The third course will be an Argentine style caramel ice cream with a crunchy chocolate toffee and a raspberry moon pie. This dish will be paired with Brink’s Moozie Milk Stout.
