Friday we will be releasing our Kveik Style beer, brewed with our friend Roxanne, who is an renowned beer judge and board member of the Brewers Association. This Norwegian Farmhouse Ale was inspired from her Norwegian travels, it features a malty/caramel base with light hints of juniper berries. It uses the traditional Norwegian Kveik (yeast) and was fermented at about 90F!
Ceremonial tapping at 6pm!!
At session strength this is the perfect Loki drink!
